What we do

The offices have a surface of 1000 m², of which 600 m² are destined for testing activities and storage. Steritec is the owner of the building.
The equipment offered is geographically distributed over the entire Benelux.

The company’s activities cover

Pre-sales service
Assistance to customers and engineering companies during the development phase, the calculation and the determination of the required equipment.

Project services
Supervision of the deliveries and integration of the equipment in the building.
Multilingual training of users and technical personnel concerning the delivered equipment.
Calibration, qualification and validation of the equipment according to cGMP and ISO standards.
Establishing of complete validation files, inclusive of FAT, IQ, SAT and OQ.

After-sales service
Maintenance and repairs by 8 multidisciplinary technicians (within 24 hours in Belgium).
Upgrades, retrofits and modifications on customer’s request.
A large stock of replacement parts is permanently kept in the workshops in Brussels.

Trainings
Customized trainings according to the specific customer’s needs.

Testing activities
Sterilization tests in testing equipment in our workshop in Brussels in order to assist and develop our customer’s projects for the Benelux.

Steritec holds a quality management system and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
